If you contact Vistara by email, use an inquiry route, or request an executive resource, Vistara may receive your name, email, organization, role, inquiry or resource topic, professional profile, resume or CV, cover letter, document link, location, availability, and any context you include. Resource requests may also include a generated access code and request timestamp. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through the website or by email.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide a requested executive resource, understand topic interest, assess whether Vistara is an appropriate fit, arrange a conversation, maintain reasonable business records, and protect the website and firm. Requesting a resource does not by itself subscribe you to marketing communications; occasional Vistara perspectives and updates require a separate optional choice. Professional profiles voluntarily submitted to the Talent Network may be retained and reviewed for current or future specialist and firm opportunities. Vistara does not sell personal information.
