Leads executive diagnostics and shapes operating models, governance, roadmaps, and value accountability. Typically requires 15+ years of enterprise transformation leadership and strong advisory or senior client-facing experience.
Establishes integrated plans and governance rhythms while managing dependencies, risks, steering decisions, vendors, and corrective action. Typically requires 10+ years across complex programs or EPMO environments.
Translates business outcomes into pragmatic architecture and sequencing across cloud, data, integration, ERP, CRM, core platforms, security, and modernization. Must communicate technical trade-offs clearly to business and technology leaders.
Strengthens data ownership, quality, lineage, reporting trust, analytics, controls, and AI readiness. Relevant experience includes data governance operating models, regulated reporting, remediation, and decision-grade evidence.
Translates regulatory, risk, and control obligations into governed change with clear evidence and accountable delivery. Experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, energy, public sector, or other high-governance environments is valued.
Supports cybersecurity transformation, IAM, access governance, control remediation, and secure operating-model design. Strong implementation evidence and the ability to connect security outcomes to operating ownership are expected.
Location and status: opportunities are generally remote and focused on North America. Candidates must be able to work effectively within North American time zones. Specialist pathways
Each profile is evaluated for evidence of relevant outcomes, seniority, sector context, executive communication, advisory judgment, and the ability to work effectively across client and partner teams.
Typically suited to professionals with 12–15+ years of enterprise transformation leadership. Prior consulting, boutique advisory, internal advisory, or direct C-suite/client-facing experience is strongly preferred. Relevant domains include banking and capital markets, insurance, retail, energy, public sector, and other complex regulated environments.
Leads executive diagnostics, establishes the fact base, frames structural issues, and converts findings into decisions, governance priorities, and an executable action path.
